Be Curious, Not Furious

When dealing with difficult situations where communication has shut down, be Sherlocky to protect yourself and be more effective. Be objective and acutely observant of the invisible clues that normally go unnoticed.

Look behind the curtain to discover the underlying issue that may be showing up as anger.

Fighting fire with fire only builds a bigger fire.

To remain calm and centered, it's helpful to remember that most anger is based in fear.

Be Curious, Not Furious.

Armored with that understanding and mindset, we can detach our emotions, and the source will often reveal itself.  “This is not about me; it's about something deeper.”

Our mission is to be a classroom copilot for you, and to make teaching more meaningful, memorable, successful, and fun.
