Feeling Stuck?

Here's a Beautifully Simple Boost.

Help a rookie.

In your mind.

Or in person. (even better)

What advice would you give a rookie in your situation?

Our brain relaxes, remembers, and releases ideas and solutions when the problem belongs to someone else. Dopamine rises and cortisol drops. Even if we just pretend. Pretty cool.

Teach this to your kids too! And practice it. They will love it!

So, instead of endlessly spinning our wheels and sliding deeper—  let's use this little ‘push’ to get our thinking ‘unstuck’ and back on track.

I wish you well, my friend!
